Mission
No client is the same. Unlike in larger organizations, our senior experts work directly with boards, executive management, IR, sustainability, or communications teams. We apply an entrepreneurial mindset taking on our clients’ perspective and address a wide range of needs including financial and institutional investor advisory and financial communications.
We have a strong focus on investor advisory using proprietary investor intelligence and carefully researched information as a baseline for our client engagement around M&A transactions, shareholder activism as well as corporate governance and ESG use-cases.
We have a no-bullshit policy, advising clients in an open and transparent fashion which is fact-based and grounded in precedent, focusing on minimizing risk while increasing the clients’ capital markets attractiveness, valuation, rating or reputation.
Our Governance
Embera Partners is an independent and entrepreneurially managed advisory firm which is partner led and owned. Operational subsidiaries are all majority-owned by Embera Partners. Embera Partners is led by Andreas Posavac as Managing Partner, with an independent, international advisory council assisting the Partners with strategic input, technical questions, corporate governance and support through leveraging their network.
