Embera is unique. We are a specialised, leading investor and capital markets advisory boutique, operating across the full value-chain of financial advisory, investor relations, corporate governance & sustainability (ESG) as well as M&A and financial communications.
Mission
We solve complex problems. We want to demystify capital markets challenges through a bespoke, hands-on, data-driven approach which ultimately creates value, trust and long-term relationships. We have a no-bullshit approach, advising clients in an open and transparent fashion which is fact-based and grounded in precedent, focusing on minimizing risk while increasing the clients’ capital markets attractiveness, valuation, rating or reputation.
How we work
We have a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach where our senior experts work with boards, executive management, IR, sustainability and communications teams across a range of needs, including equity and debt advisory, financing and financial communications. We have a strong focus on cross-asset investor advisory using proprietary investor intelligence for consulting and engagement around M&A transactions, shareholder activism as well as implementing corporate governance and ESG best practices. Governance
Embera Partners is an independent and entrepreneurially managed advisory firm which is partner led and owned. The operational subsidiaries are all majority-owned by Embera Partners. Embera Partners is led by Andreas Posavac as Managing Partner, with an independent, international advisory board assisting the managing partners with strategic input, technical questions, leveraging their network and transparent corporate governance.
